Why did you apply for the Graduate Program?
With a background in business and informatics, I have always been drawn to the intersection of technology and business strategy. My academic journey in Business Administration and Information Systems has equipped me with a diverse skill set, allowing me to explore various professional avenues. When I learned about GN's Graduate Program, it immediately resonated with my aspirations.

I was drawn by the program’s structure, as it offered three rotations throughout the span of 2 years. This provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across different domains. At the same time, I was given a lot of control to choose which departments I would like to spend the rotations in. Therefore, I could tailor to my interests and career goals and ensure a comprehensive learning experience.

Additionally, the prospect of a rotation abroad was particularly appealing. It provided a chance to immerse myself in new cultures and working environments and therefore broaden my global perspective.

What is your favorite thing about being a Graduate?

Being a part of GN's Graduate Program has been an incredibly enriching experience, with numerous aspects that stand out as favorites. The graduate network is a remarkable support system, providing a sense of camaraderie as we navigate similar challenges in our new roles. The social benefit of being in such group is strong, with frequent events and gatherings that foster connections.

The learning opportunities are vast, particularly within the Digital Architecture department, where I spent my first rotation. I had the privilege to work with seasoned architects and leadership and be exposed to a broad range of stakeholders. This enhanced my understanding of digital transformation and the importance of strategic planning. This environment encourages continuous learning and growth, which is invaluable at the start of my career.

Moreover, the upcoming rotation abroad in Minnesota regional office is something I eagerly anticipate. It offers a chance to experience a different working culture and explore new landscapes, enriching both my professional and personal life. The travel opportunities are exciting, allowing me to broaden my horizons and gain insights into regional business practices.

Overall, the GN Graduate Program is a blend of professional development, cultural exploration, and personal growth, making it an exceptional start to my career journey.
