GN’s ESG strategy is first and foremost driven by a desire to create real and lasting value to all our stakeholders. Therefore, ESG is integrated into how we run our company, as a consideration in every decision we make. Accordingly, we have not set up a separate ESG governance structure but use our existing business processes to drive this agenda. We continuously assess materiality of ESG topics against stakeholder requirements and external frameworks such as the United Nation’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals. GN discloses ESG data in relevant areas through our ESG report and where relevant directly on request to ESG rating agencies and investors. To make sure our ESG disclosures at all times meet investor requirements, we welcome dialogue with our investors on ESG topics.
GN was rated AA on its performance in Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) by the leading rating agency MSCI.
GN strictly follows the UN Guiding Principles of Responsible Business. GN has been signatories to the UN Global Compact since 2010.
