Why did you apply for the Graduate Program?
After completing my academic education, it was not easy to decide what I wanted the next chapter of my life to be. I found myself in a situation where I had a diverse range of interests but struggled to identify a role that encompassed all of them, and I wasn't ready to make a choice. The Graduate Program offered what I needed: the opportunity to continue exploring within the context of the real world.

I chose GN’s Graduate Program, among other options, due to the availability of positions for individuals with interdisciplinary profiles like my own, especially in the Engineering track. The program provides the opportunity to integrate technical expertise with management skills and to contribute with innovative ideas that may have a positive impact in the world.

What is your favorite thing about being a Graduate?
In my opinion, the best part of being a Graduate is becoming part of a community of graduates and establishing connections with many inspiring people from the organization. Having the opportunity to work in various departments and in two different countries within two years might be challenging, but it is a great source of growth and building confidence. The program requires constant adaptation to new projects, processes, and colleagues, but the support and inclusivity of the community makes the experience worthwhile. The personal aspect is by far my favorite thing.
