Why did you apply for the Graduate Program?
During my studies, I often found myself uncertain about which career path to pursue after graduation. With so many options available, it was challenging to pinpoint the exact direction to take. The Graduate Program offered me the chance to rotate through three different departments, allowing me to explore where my interests truly lie and ultimately find a job that perfectly aligns with my aspirations. Additionally, GN's status as a global company provided me with the opportunity to understand how various departments operate on a global scale, while simultaneously exploring my interest in supply chain management as part of the "Supply Chain" track of the Graduate Program.
What is your favorite thing about being a Graduate?
Since starting the program, I've had the chance to dive into projects that genuinely affect GN's operations. I thrive in the fast-paced environment and appreciate the steep learning curve that comes with embracing new challenges and having responsibility of both operational and strategic initiatives. The graduate program is all about adapting to new responsibilities, projects, processes, and colleagues, and it's the support from colleagues and fellow graduates that makes this program truly rewarding.
