The increased spread of COVID-19 is causing much disruption and uncertainty globally, and GN is taking all precautions to protect our employees, our customers and our business. We know that millions depend on us and our actions.

The health and safety of our employees, customers, partners and suppliers is our top priority. We enforce all necessary precautions across our company, including strictly adhering to all guidelines from the World Health Organization and local health authorities. Like many businesses, we have implemented a working from home policy in most locations, while those working on site in manufacturing facilities operate under strict health guidelines.

All teams across the world in GN are working to develop and manufacture products, serve our customers and keep our business moving forward as best we can in these challenging times.

Our employees in home offices are equipped with GN Audio’s efficient remote work solutions and we are continuing to supply our headsets and hearing aids to our customers. We have experienced demand for GN Audio’s remote work solutions as many companies now require their employees to work from home.

In our hearing aid business, we are doing our utmost to support our customers, despite the challenges of limited access to face-to-face hearing care. Due to the current restrictions, many of our customers have expressed an increased interest in our remote hearing care solutions ReSound Assist and ReSound Assist Live.

GN has overcome many political and economic crises throughout our 150-year history. We are confident that despite the uncertainty and challenges that lie ahead in this global situation, we will successfully navigate through these difficult times.
