How and when can I apply?

How long does the Graduate Program last?

Our Graduate program is a two-year program with 3x8 months rotations in three different departments.

What tracks do you offer?

Our Graduate tracks differ year-by-year. For the 2026 Graduate Program, we will hire 14 Graduates within the following tracks:

Marketing
Finance
Operations (Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality)
Digital, Data and IT (Supply Chain, Data & Intelligence)
Engineering (Audio Engineering, Software Engineering, Audiology Development)
People & Communications

Can I apply for more than one track?

You can apply for as many tracks as you like. However, we recommend that you only apply for those that align with your academic and professional experience.

When does the Graduate Program start?

The next Graduate Program starts on September 1, 2026 where we will welcome 14 new Graduates into GN.

Are graduates guaranteed a position after the Graduate Program?

During the 2 years duration of the program, you will be prepared for a career in GN, and we will support you in finding a position in the company during your third rotation.

Do I need to speak Danish to apply for the Graduate Program?

No. We are a multi-cultural and inclusive company, so the only language we require is English.

What role do graduates have in the departments?

You will be included as every other employee in the company and you will work on your own projects during each rotation.

Are graduates paid a salary?

Yes! You are paid a full-time salary with pension and other benefits.

Where are the graduates located?

You start in our HQ in Ballerup, Denmark, during your first rotation. You will then go abroad for your second rotation and return to Denmark for the third rotation.

Will I have a mentor?

Yes, you will be appointed a mentor a few months after you start your career in our Graduate Program.

Can I apply to the Graduate Program before officially graduating?

Yes! Even though you are still in the process of completing your master’s degree, we hope to get an application from you, so you can start your career with us when you finish your education.

Note that we only accept candidates that have graduated no more than one year before employment.
