Andreas Bonnerup Andersen has been with GN for 13 years, starting as a Student Assistant in 2012. He joined the Marketing graduate program from 2016 to 2018 and has advanced to his current role as Senior Creative Project Manager in the Creative In-House Agency, part of marketing and commercialization.
Andreas first learned about the GN Graduate Program from a colleague “I thought it would be a nice transition from studying to a full-time job,” he recalls. The recruitment process was thorough, involving multiple interviews and assessments, which he found to be a fair way to ensure the right candidates were selected.
One of the highlights of his Graduate experience was his international rotation in the UK. “It was a fantastic opportunity to immerse myself in a different market and learn from diverse teams,” Andreas shares. Although he did not choose this rotation himself, he embraced the experience, which broadened his perspective and enhanced his adaptability.
Andreas believes the Graduate Program provided him with a solid foundation in project management, particularly in stakeholder management and delivering high-quality results. “It equipped me with the skills needed to transition into a more project-focused role,” he explains.
Reflecting on his long tenure at GN, Andreas appreciates the company culture. “GN is simply a great place to work,” he states. He values the collaborative environment and the opportunities for growth that GN offers.
Andreas encourages future applicants to consider the Graduate Program, stating, “It gives you that gentle push needed to shape your career. If you are not completely sure what path to take, it is a great way of getting a lot of exposure.” He emphasizes the importance of being open to challenges and building relationships within the organization.
In conclusion, Andreas’s journey exemplifies the growth opportunities available at GN. His experiences highlight the value of the Graduate Program in shaping his career.
