The Graduate Program is a fast track for young talents and offers the right candidates an opportunity to develop personal and professional skills in a global setting. We offer our graduates work for a two-year period during which they follow a tailor-made graduate introduction program and are involved in several ongoing projects and ad hoc tasks – all in three eight-month rotations. GN has three program tracks where the graduates will learn about the majority of Engineering, Finance and Marketing disciplines. For eight months, the graduates will be expatriated and work in one of our locations outside of Denmark.
Each graduate gets a mentor who follows them throughout the two-year graduate position. The mentors represent another part of the business than the graduate and will meet with the graduate throughout the program.
GN has a clear intent to match each graduate with the right professional channel after the program.
The application process for the 2018 Graduate Program is over. All tracks begin in September 2018.
GN opens up for 2019 Graduate applications in November 2018 with an Assessment Day in February 2019.
