This month, ReSound participated in the 61st International Congress of Hearing Aid Acousticians (EUHA) in Hannover, Germany to showcase the company’s award-winning portfolio of ReSound Smart Hearing solutions. With the world’s only full family of Made for iPhone hearing aids, ReSound demonstrated its commitment to making life sound better for people with hearing loss.

During the EUHA Congress, ReSound introduced attendees to the newest model in the ReSound LiNX2 family, a new mini behind-the-ear (BTE) model that is the world’s only mini BTE with Made for iPhone and telecoil capabilities. Launched globally on October 1, the mini BTE advances ReSound’s position as an industry leader. The company also built on the success of ReSound LiNX2, taking home two Die Goldene Concha awards for Best BTE Hearing Aid and Best Family of Hearing Aids.

Discussing ReSound’s participation at the EUHA Congress, GN Hearing CEO Anders Hedegaard noted: “There is no better place for ReSound to feature our portfolio of Smart Hearing solutions as we drive the discussion on innovations in audiology and hearing care that tackle important obstacles to achieving even higher user satisfaction and more effortless, natural hearing for users of ReSound products worldwide.”

ReSound Smart Hearing aids bring users the most natural hearing experience through new and innovative technologies. Since 2007, the company has applied directionality in a unique way that opens up sound and removes “tunnel hearing.” ReSound LiNX2 provides users with 30% more speech intelligibility than other premium hearing aids, and has the industry’s most accurate noise reduction without any compromise in speech recognition.
