Promising Products from GN ReSound

ReSound Azure and Beltone Marq are the first two strong launches in the promising pipeline from GN ReSound this year.

The high-end product ReSound Azure was launched at the AAA-convention in April. ReSound Azure has been developed to make hearing as natural as possible. This is the first hearing instrument that delivers the full benefit of advanced directionality without loosing peripheral awareness. ReSound Azure also offers the individual amplification in seven environments and it is the first hearing instrument with a wireless Bluetooth headset.

“The ReSound Azure receives a lot of positive feedback by audiologists and users due to the natural awareness feature,” says GN ReSound CEO Jesper Mailind. One end user described it this way: “I don’t have to move my head toward the sound, it’s like I have binaural hearing.”

Designed to disappear

At the end of May, GN ReSound launched the Beltone Marq, the smallest and most cosmetically transparent hearing instrument in its class. An open fit makes sound more natural and the ergonomic shape makes it comfortable to wear – designed to disappear virtually and mentally.
